Post Invoice is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides automated PDF invoice processing and integration with QuickBooks accounting software. Our service uses optical character recognition (OCR) and artificial intelligence to extract data from invoice PDFs and import them into QuickBooks.

The Post Invoice service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Post Invoice and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of your invoice data and content uploaded to our service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

IN NO EVENT SHALL POST INVOICE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Post Invoice from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Post Invoice operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
